In the past 20+ years, I have been working as project leader in multiple locations all over the world. This has given me a multicultural attitude which enables me to manage cultural diversity and bring people together and aim for a common goal. I am working 1:1 and with groups, whatever fits best. Different industries have always fascinated me because there are always new things to learn. My curiosity in the world, work processes and fellow humans are my biggest motivators.
I stand for holistic linking of processes
And business transformation without losing the people involved, using my personal strengths like empathy, process orientation, understanding, compassion and being able to meet everyone on their individual level. Thus, engaging you and your team in the processes is the most important factor.
