I was feeling depressed and lost for a while and trying to make sense of the outer world and the inner world. I did many sessions with René, and that helped me to sort out many of those internal thinking patterns that I could retrain to create new ways of thinking and self talks. René is very attentive, non-judgemental and listening. He picked up the heavier parts of the conversation and asked to meditate on some questions. These sessions helped me to rethink, meditate upon how I am thinking and helped me to break some negative thinking loops. The best thing what I liked from our sessions was from the beginning he said I am here just to facilitate but the answer lies within you. This helped me to release and talk and look at my own thoughts to find answers within myself. I really found the sessions helpful, found some answers I was looking for which will help me massively in my journey in the future.
